Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AUM platform at aumbeing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

AUM is operated by Proton Collective FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered under the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Services

AUM provides a spiritual wellness platform offering:

• Live 1:1 sessions with verified spiritual healers via Zoom
• Free daily group chanting sessions
• Sankalpa 1008, a 108-day structured spiritual journey
• Sacred physical products including ritual oils and spiritual items
• Community support via WhatsApp groups

AUM is a wellness platform and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use AUM. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. AUM is not responsible for any misrepresentation of age.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Bookings and Payments

Healer Sessions: Sessions are 30 minutes in duration. Payment is collected in full at the time of booking. Session links are delivered via email and are personal to you — they must not be shared.

Sankalpa 1008: This is a 108-day programme. Full payment is required upon enrolment. The programme includes 4 healer sessions, 4 ritual oils, WhatsApp group access, and a travel voucher as described at the time of purchase.

Physical Products: Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by region.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. AUM does not store payment card details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Healer Sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Sankalpa 1008: Due to the personalised nature of this programme, all sales are final once enrolment is confirmed and the first session link has been delivered.

Physical Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

7. Healer Standards

All healers on the AUM platform have been reviewed and verified by our team. However, AUM does not guarantee the outcome of any session. Results vary based on individual circumstances, and the platform accepts no liability for outcomes arising from healer sessions.

Healers are independent practitioners, not employees of Proton Collective FZ-LLC.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Record, reproduce, or redistribute any session content without consent
• Share your session links or account access with others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any healer or community member
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
• Submit false or misleading information in any form

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AUM — including text, images, logos, session materials, and product descriptions — is the property of Proton Collective FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AUM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that sessions, products, or services will meet your specific expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proton Collective FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or outcomes from healer sessions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
