• Booking information — selected healer, session date and time, timezone, and country
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers
• Shipping information — name and address for physical product orders
• Usage data — pages visited, session duration, and general browsing behaviour for analytics
• Communications — messages sent through contact or application forms

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process bookings and payments
• To create and send Zoom session links
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, session reminders)
• To dispatch physical products to your shipping address
• To operate and improve the platform
• To send community updates if you have opted in

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AUM:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Zoom — video sessions
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for legal and financial compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@aumbeing.com.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and access controls. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

AUM is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
